Haiku Poems

There once was a girl named Jess
And she was really a mess!
As she journed along
She sang a sweet song
This wonderful young girl named Jess.

There once was a boy named James
who just would NOT kiss the dames!
But that is all right,
Although he's a sight,
We love that sweet boy named James!

There was a nice man named Trace,
Who wore a big smile on his face!
You can hear his loud cry,
"I NEED chocolate pie!"
That great, charming man named Trace!

There was a young woman named Pan,
Who'd stop to eat bacon and ham!
She used to climb trees,
Now she darts like a breeze,
That charming young woman named Pam!

There was a sweet girl, Lauren Curry,
Who could do her work in a hurry!
So she had time to play,
during the day.
That sweet young girl, Lauren Curry.

There was a sweet girl, Bliss Marie,
Who decided that she'd climb a tree!
Do you think she would?
She did 'cause she could
So agile is sweet Bliss Marie

There once was a man named Bruce
Who thought he'd capture a moose!
But the moose ran away
So that ended the day,
For that nice, kind man named Bruce!

There once was a girl, Sandra Dale,
Who did all her work very well!
She could sing like a lark,
from morning 'til dark,
That sweet charming girl Sandra Dale.
